This was a big project that I supervised at my place of employment during my EDTECH 505 course. It was an evaluation of The Phase II Project. The project was designed to decrease turnover at a customer service call center in which I was on the training team training new employees in their new duties. For the sake of confidentiality, I have not mentioned the company’s name specifically in the report here.
This was challenging and very fulfilling when it was done and I think that the project helped identify some key areas in which the training process could change to help retain employees and lower turnover.
